- ABOUT THE ADDEYNU ALLAHE - UNIVERSAL
ARABIC ASSOCIATION

The A.A.-U.A.A., Inc. was founded on
August 18, 1938 by Professor
Muhammad Ezaldeen in Newark, New Jersey. Later,
he moved to southern New Jersey and there reestablished
the national headquarters for the A.A.-U.A.A., Inc.
We are a national organization with member communities
throughout the United States. Our governing body (National
Assembly) is composed of elected officials from around
the country. It is the National Assembly's responsibility
to make the policies and decisions which guide this
Association, in accordance with our solemn contract,
the constitution of the A.A.-U.A.A., Inc. Various programs
are conducted at the headquarters and at the individual
units depending on the needs and wishes of all the members.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
-
The aims and objectives of A.A.-U.A.A.,
Inc. shall be to teach Eastern Culture; to build and
maintain a National institution; to educate and rescue
every Hamitic-Arab and bring him back to the highest
type of civilization, where he once was; to promote
love and good will among the Hamitic-Arabs at home and
abroad and thereby to maintain the integrity and sovereignty
of Arabia; to disseminate the ancient Arabic and Eastern
culture among its members; to correct abuses, relieve
oppression and carve for ourselves and our posterity
a destiny comparable with our idea of perfect manhood
and Allahu's purpose in creating us, that we may now
save ourselves from the curse of our creator.

PREAMBLE TO AA-UAA CONSTITUTION

We, the Arab-Americans, in order to
effect Unity, Solidarity, Liberty, Freedom, and to secure
Justice and to maintain the Integrity of Arabia, which
is our divine heritage, do hereby establish and ordain
this Constitution for Addeynu Allahe - Universal Arabic
Association, Incorporated.
